• How long will it take for my site to be ready?
  New sites are setup within 3 days under most circumstances.
  
  
• What will I need to do to start running my website?
  After each site is installed and tested, we send an email to the owner with instructions for accessing the site. We also include details to modify the sites layout and text. While your new site is being installed, we recommend that you take some time to familiarize yourself with our demo site, so you'll be ready to get started!
  
  
• What payment methods are available?
  We accept Credit Cards, PayPal, Cashiers Checks and Money Orders.
  
  
• How do I signup for hosting?
  Every site we sell is hosted with BornToHost.com. Leased sites include hosting for the duration of the lease. Purchased sites include one month of hosting. You are automatically signed up for BornToHost.com's Professional hosting plan upon purchasing your website. At the completion of your included hosting, you may request that your plan be changed to any available at BornToHost.com. There are no additional charges for hosting a scripted website with any plan they offer.
  
  
• What happens if my site uses more resources than those included in the hosting plan?
  BornToHost.com offers hosting plans for every size website. If your site outgrows the default plan you can easily upgrade your plan or purchase additional resources for a fee. More details can be found in the FAQ at BornToHost.com

• When will my invoice be due each month?
  You will be billed on the first day of each month. If you signup in the middle of a month your second invoice will be prorated so that future invoices will be due on the first. Invoices are sent 10 days in advance by email.
  
  
• What happens if my payment is late?
  After your payment is 10 days late, your website will be suspended until payment is received. If payment is not received after 30 days, your account will be closed and the site will be removed from our servers. Leased sites will be sold to a new owner once the payment is 30 days past due.
  
  
• Are the scripts for sale here written by you? Can you change them?
  No, we do not write scripts. We are resellers of other developer's scripts. Although we are very experienced in the installation and functionality of each script we sell, we do not have programmers on staff so we can not make extensive modifications to the scripts for you.
  
  
• What if I have a serious problems with my site?
  Your script purchase includes lifetime support from the developers of the scripts. If there are any problems with your site after installation we will work to correct them, but once your site has launched and began accepting members we ask that you contact the developers for assistance. The script writers are ultimately your best support option as they are the experts in all details of the scripts functionality. • Can you customize my existing site for me?
  Sure! We can perform design work on any website which runs scripts we are familiar with, even if the site is not hosted with BornToHost.com. Our rates range between $20 - $200 depending on the scripts and difficulty of the design. For a quote, email and provide your website and the changes you would like so we can provide an estimate for your site.
  
  
• Can I move my existing site to BornToHost.com?
  If you choose to host your website with BornToHost.com we'll move your existing site free of charge. The only thing you will need to do is update your domain name settings to point to the appropriate DNS servers. Please note that while DNS updates are in progress your website may not be available to all members.
